- Deputy Nursery Manager required for an easily accessible nursery setting with a good Ofsted grading in Exeter, Devon
This is a permanent position working 40 hours

- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years/childcare
- Ideally Deputy nursery management experience but would consider an experienced Senior /Room Leader
- Experience in completing staff supervisions and supporting staff teams
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Proven experience in keyworking
- Good communication skills.
The role of Deputy Nursery Manager will include:- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Supporting the Manager in all aspects of running the setting
- Supporting and developing staff teams
