- We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for a lovely setting in Exeter.

- Ofsted 'Good' - this is a fantastic busy setting that can accommodate 130 children and is spread across multiple rooms and has a great outdoor play space with a planting garden, a beautiful wooden Wendy House, covered area in case it rains, and chicken pens that the children learn how to engage with animals.
To be considered for this Nursery Manager role in Exeter you will need:- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or above
- Nursery Management experience - preferably within a large setting 70+, or the ability to scale up
- Excellent people skills - with over 40 staff we are looking for an effective leader, kind, compassionate, understanding, also firm but fair - focused on helping staff grow and develop and achieve their best
- Excellent interpersonal skills e.g. good Manager/Parent relationship skills
- Some knowledge of Tapestry / iConnect is advantageous but non-essential
- Administrative skills
- Huge focus on safeguarding and the well-being of children
- Excellent EYFS and Fundamental British Values knowledge
