- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Depute Nursery Manager based with a reputable company in the Inverurie area of Aberdeen.
This is a permanent position for 40 hrs per week.
Salary is £28k per annum for full time hours.

- A passionate and positive attitude
- Deputy experience, or room leader experience from a high performing setting looking for the next step up.
- Experience as a key worker within an early years setting
- Good understanding of the curriculum.
- A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room
- Leading on planning
- Supporting Manager in daily admin tasks.
