- Strong communication skills.
- EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Managing the setting in the Managers absence.
- Opening and closing of the Nursery.
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively supporting team members.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
