- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting a Deputy Nursery Manager (Assistant Nursery Manager) on behalf of our client - a large, beautiful setting in the Aylestone area of Leicester
What the employer can offer for the Deputy Nursery Manager role in the Aylestone area of Leicester.- Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £21000 - £22000 plus Bonuses.

- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
- Over 1 year current experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or Third in charge
- Minimum of 4 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification
- An unrivaled dedication to delivering exceptional childcare
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and manage change
