- Nursery Manager (Early Years Manager) required for a medium place provision caring for children aged 0 to 5 years of age open between 8:00am to 6.00 pm. This is a permanent position working 40 hours all year round

- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years / childcare
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Proven experience in performance management such as supervision meetings, appraisals and setting objectives.
- Ability to effectively market the setting to maximise occupancy levels and fee income.
- Good communication skills.
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Leading and motivating a team of Early Years Professionals
- Developing practise and ensuring standards are met
