- Nursery Room Leader required for an outstanding nursery provision caring for children aged 0 to 5 years of age in the Exeter area of Devon.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours

What you need for the Nursery Room Leader role in the Exeter area:- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years/childcare
- Minimum 12 months post qualifying experience within early years with senior-level experience
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Proven experience in keyworking
- Good communication skills.
The role of Nursery Room Leader will include:- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Supervising small staff team
- Undertaking observations and planning in line with EYFS
