Nursery Manager

We are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for a quality setting in the Plymouth area of Devon.

To be considered for this Nursery Manager role in Plymouth you will need:

• Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or above
• Nursery Management experience - preferably within a large setting 70+, or the ability to scale up
• Excellent people skills - with over 30 staff we are looking for an effective leader, kind, compassionate, understanding, also firm but fair - focused on helping staff grow and develop and achieve their best
• Excellent interpersonal skills e.g. good Manager/Parent relationship skills
• Some knowledge of Tapestry / iConnect is advantageous but non-essential
• Administrative skills
• Huge focus on safeguarding and the well-being of children
• Excellent EYFS and Fundamental British Values knowledge
