- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting on behalf of our client - a beautiful private day nursery in Sutton Coldfield. We are looking for a level 3 qualified member of staff with experience working with the 0-5 age bracket.
The position is for 40 hours per week, working eight hour shifts Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.30pm. We are looking for an individual who can work effectively within a team and has a good understanding of how children learn and develop. You will be responsible for teaching children through play.- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
- Experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage and using it within a nursery setting
- Enthusiastic, passionate and full of ideas to encourage learning and development
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- Ability to speak an additional language would be desirable in this multi-cultural nursery.
