- We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a lovely large independent setting in the Withington area of Greater Manchester.
As this is a large setting we are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas that can enhance and develop the setting further.
Requirements of the Nursery Manager role in Withington, Manchester:- To have worked as a Manager of a private early years setting and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- Staff management skills
- Ability to lead by example
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Mentoring and support of junior staff members
- Strong staff management and the ability to train staff is essential
- £30k salary
