- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager for a small 50 place provision in the Romford area.

What you can expect for the Nursery Manager role in Romford:- £28k-£35K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)
- A comprehensive pension scheme with employer contributions
- Ability to work full time hours over 4 or 5 days
- To have worked as an Early Years Manager with proven leadership skills including positive outcomes through Ofsted inspections.
- Strong staff management skills
- Understanding of quality development
- Strong communication skills
- Ensuring the curriculums are delivered and met at all times.
- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed
- Ensuring that all staff develop positive professional relationships with parents/carers and that children are provided with an environment that respects diversity
- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to at all times .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
