- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for an amazing setting in Marlow, London this is a medium sized Good nursery that has agreat reputatuon as part of s medium sized chain. the nursery is close to the centre and has good transport links.
You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family-friendly, and stimulating environment.
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Marlow, Buckinghamshire- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- To be willing to incorporate outdoor learning in every day activities for the children.
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Staff Management skill
- £35k-£40K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)

- Ensuring Safeguarding procedures are followed

- Ensuring that child/staff ratios are adhered to at all times .
- Responsible for managing all aspects of Safer Recruitment, Health and Safety and Human Resources.
- Dealing with complex staff issues as they arise .
- Managing the administrative and financial elements of the nursery
