Regional Early Years Manager

We are looking for a Regional Early Years Manager to support a number of early years provisions across Eastern Scotland to improve quality and overall efficiencies.

This is a senior management role and will be responsible for achieving the highest standards of nursery performance, quality control and ensuring all nurseries are compliant across the board in all areas.

Regional Early Years Manager candidates should have:

• Senior management experience of Early years settings
• Multi site early years management experience
• Proven record of successful outcomes and achievements within nurseries
• Ideally have degree level qualification within the sector
• Expertise in the early years sector

Key Tasks of the Regional Early Years Manager role in Eastern Scotland:

• Full support and line management to a team of Nursery Managers
• Integral understanding of the curriculums and responsibility for compliance of all statutory requirements
• Maintaining and achieving Care Inspectorate excellence across all settings, including supporting nurseries with Care Inspectorate/HMIE readiness and attending inspections
• Maintain optimal nursery performance in all areas
• Support with updates to Policies and Procedures
• General experience of Quality Assurance and Compliance
