- Description
- We are recruiting for an experienced manager for a lovely large independent setting in Chorlton, Manchester. The nursery has a great reputation in the local community and has a good Ofsted rating.
As this is a large setting we are looking for very experienced Deputy managers oir candidates already working as a Manager. the ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas that can enhance the already good reputation of the setting, strong staff management and the ability to train staff is essential
Requirements of the Nursery manager role in Chorlton, Manchester:- To have worked as a Manager or a Deputy Manager for a number of years and been involved with a 'Good' or Outstanding' inspection
- Staff management skills
- ability to lead by example
- Understanding of budgeting and finance within a nursery
- Mentoring and support of junior staff members
- £28k-£33K salary (negotiable for extensive experience)
