This Nursery Room Leader role in Burnham, Berkshire will focus on ensuring high standards of childcare, education and health and safety are adhered to at all times.
the role would suit an experienced practitioner looking for the next step or a room leader wanting a change to work in a smaller setting
What they can offer for the Early Years Room Leader role in Burnham, Berkshire- £10-£12 per hour

- Level 3 in early years or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years post qualifying experience in an early years setting
- Ideally have senior level experience, but will consider someone looking for the next step up
- Ability to complete relevant paperwork
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid
- Ability to train and guide Nursery Practitioners
- Promoting best practice in the nursery
- Being a keyworker
- Ensuring the education of the children is in line with the curriculum.
- Improving quality standards across the nursery
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively planning in line with the EYFS and quality procedures
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
