- Description
- SEND Early Years Support Worker required for a quality nursery setting in the Knutsford area.
The role is to work with 2 young children with additional needs and therefore experience in this area would be ideal.
This is a permanent position for 24 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am until 4pm and term time only with the option to top up to 40 hours if someone wanted full time (not a requirement). However if successful candidate is happy to simply work 15 hours that is also fine.

- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or relevant SEND qualification
- Good communication skills.
- working 1-1 with children with additional needs under 5 years
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- working within the EYFS, planning, observations
- liaising with outside health professionals
