- We are recruiting for a field based Nursery Manager to cover the areas of Bristol, Devon and Dorset.
The role will be to support setting when there is manager absence and also to help new managers, or where a setting needs some additional support for example with quality or staff development
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences for children whom is able to multi-task and manage ever changing daily situations- Over 3 year’s current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 6 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification for at least 3 years
- An unrivalled dedication to deliver exceptional childcare
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities of the Field Manager role in Bristol, Devon and Dorset include:- Creating a educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach .
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise sustainability of the nursery
Salary and hours of the role:
Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.00am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications between £38k - £40K plus travel per year.
