- We are pleased to be working with an expanding nursery chain to recruit for their nursery In Wandsworth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding nursery chain that has still got a 'family' feel to the organisation

The nursery is a large recently refurbished setting with fantastic resources
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences with an emphasis on staff development.
Requirements of the Deputy Nursery Manager role in the Wandsworth area of London are:- Over 1 year current experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or 3 as an experienced Senior Room Leader or Third in Charge of a large setting
- Minimum of 5 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification
- An unrivalled dedication to delivering exceptional childcare
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and manage change
- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Stepping up in the absence of the manager
- Working to to support staff to provide excellent practice and outcomes for young children with the early years curriculum
Full time hours would be 40 hours 4 days per week, or over 5 days per week- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £28000 - £32000
