We are pleased to be working in partnership with St George's Nursery School to recruit for their new nursery in Coventry. this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and expanding nursery chain that has still got a 'family' feel to the organisation
They have a reputation for always gaining positive Ofsted outcomes and being part of the local community.

Please note St George's have requested that all initial applications come through Bamboo Childcare, therefore please contact us for information and an initial screening interview and then a formal interview will be arranged with the senior Managers of St George's Nursery School. The nursery is a lovely medium sized setting, the current staff team are excellent practitioners and the building has lovely resources for the children.

We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences with an emphasis on staff development.
Requirements of the Management role in Coventry, Warwickshire are:
  • Over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager or 3 as an experienced Deputy Manager
  • Minimum of 4 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
  • To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification
  • An unrivalled dedication to delivering exceptional childcare
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement and manage change
Key responsibilities of the Management role in Coventry, Warwickshire include:
  • Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
  • Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
  • Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
  • Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
Salary and hours:
Full time hours would be 40 hours between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £26000 - £28000
