- Bamboo Childcare are working with an expanding chain of nurseries to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team due to the expansion of their successful nurseries. The role will be home based with occasional travel to the head office in North London and site visits to nurseries.
Candidates must have experience of recruitment either in house or for an agency, or in a compliance capacity.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you would be responsible for account managing a number of nurseries within the group.
A key responsibility will be to build relationships with the nursery managers and work with them to meet their recruitment needs, including advertising roles, sourcing and screening candidates as well as plan and organise recruitment campaigns. This is a 360 role so the compliance aspect of the role following safer recruitment is a requirement
You will also need to build relationships with external agencies including colleges, universities, job centres, to help drive recruitment forward. Good candidate management is also important to ensure a smooth process for new people coming into the business.
