- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting on behalf of our client - a fantastic 115 place, Ofsted rated "Outstanding" private day nursery based in Ware.
The setting is looking to add to the team - both an unqualified and a qualified member of staff.
Unqualified applicants will ideally have experience working with children in some way, either on a voluntary or paid basis. The nursery will help you gain either a level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare free of charge, alongside paying you a generous salary to work at the nursery full time.
Qualified candidates will hold a relevant level 3 qualificationin childcare and should have experience working with the 0-5 age bracket (the role is based primarily within the preschool or baby room).
Key responsibilities of a qualified member of staff:- Being a key worker to a group of children, completing their EYFS diaries and carrying out observations.
- Providing feedback to parents on a daily basis
- Adhering to all policies and procedures of the nursery.
