- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager in the Wilmslow area of Cheshire for large early years setting providing full day care for 0 -5 years.
This is a permanent position - 40 hours a week.

In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Manager in Wilmslow you will need:- Previous Nursery Manager experience, excellent EYFS, Safeguarding and FBV knowledge
- Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting, preparing for Ofsted experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- A full and relevant child care qualification (level 3 or above)
- be responsible and accountable for the day to day operational and organisational aspects of the nursery in line with policies and procedures, safeguarding, Ofsted requirements, local authority guidance, health and safety and equal opportunities.
- Ensure that all aspects of the Statutory Framework for Early Years Foundation Stage and welfare requirements are delivered to the highest standard.
- Work in partnership with local childcare / education providers, health providers and all other agencies.
- Develop and maintain procedures for review and assessment of each child’s progress.
- Be a role model for your staff team
