- Strict attitude to food safety, food hygiene and cleanliness
- Preparing and catering lunch 60plus children daily from a menu developed alongside the Nursery Manager a
- Responsible for stock levels, budget control and ordering of stock.
- Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen at all time.
- Following guidelines with regards to catering for children
