- Deputy Preschool Nursery Manager required for a 50 place provision caring for children aged 2 to 4 years of age in the Cambridge area.

This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours a week term time only (over 39 weeks).

- Proven experience leading a team of Practitioners
- Good communication skills.
The role of Deputy Preschool Nursery Manager will include:- Supporting the Nursery Manager to lead the setting
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Leading and motivating a team of Early Years Professionals
- Developing practise and ensuring standards are met
