- SEND Nursery Practitioner required for a quality setting in the Somersham area of Huntingdon.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday to Friday

- Must hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years/childcare
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Relevant experience as SENCO
- Have knowledge and experience of supporting children with complex learning and physical needs
- Proven experience in keyworking
- Good communication skills.
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Implementing individual support plans for children with SEND in collaboration with parents and multi agencies.
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Undertaking observations and planning in line with EYFS
