- Home Manager required for a young person's semi-independent setting in the Romford area of Greater London / Essex.
The role involves supporting young people leaving care.
Commutable towns include: #Romford #Upminster #Chigwell #Ilford #Hornchurch #redbirdge #Dagenham

- Development and training
- Contributory pension
- A minimum of two years’ experience at a senior level
- At least one year in a role supervising and managing staff.
- Experience working with Children who have Mental Health, Emotional & Behavioural difficulties
- Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent (level 3 CYPW, Level 3 Health and social care - working with children and young people)
- Achieved or working towards level 5 in Health & social care leadership and management
- Full driving license required
- Providing a safe, nurturing and environment for young people moving on to semi-independence supporting them with social and emotional needs, enabling them to fulfill their potential and to further develop independent living skills
- Leading a team of staff to ensure safeguarding is integral throughout practise
- Liaising with local authorities.
