- We are currently recruiting for a qualified Room Leader on behalf of our client - a beautiful nursery setting in Bedford.
The setting is Ofsted rated Good and has places for roughly 80 children. The nursery is part of a growing chain of nurseries with a fantastic reputation

- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working with children in early years.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, FBV
- worked in a senior capacity in a nursery
- able to manage a small team
- Ensuring all children are kept safe and cared for by following the policies and procedures and daily routine of the nursery.
- Using the nursery facilities and equipment to observe and provide stimulating activities appropriate for their age in line with the EYFS.
- Build effective relationships with parents and colleagues.
- ensuring the room is managed in accordance with health and safety and regulations
- making sure child to staff ratios are always adhered to.Â
