- Description
- We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse in the Basingstoke area. This is a permanent full-time position, 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
Nursery Nurse level 3 - £8.72- £9.30 per hour.
This nursery is part of a family of nurseries, they share learning, creative ideas and best practice across all sites, to continuously enhance the quality of provisions and professional development opportunities for the team.
The setting is Ofsted rated Good, can accommodate up to 60 children, is open from 07.30am to 6.00pm, and is located in a large converted farmhouse with extensive gardens. Onsite parking is also available.

- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience of working with children in early years.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, FBV
- Ensuring all children are kept safe and cared for by following the policies and procedures and daily routine of the nursery.
- Using the nursery facilities and equipment to observe and provide stimulating activities appropriate for their age in line with the EYFS.
- Build effective relationships with parents and colleagues.
