- Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent (level 3 CYPW, Level 3 Health and social care - working with children and young people
- Achieved or working towards level 5 in Heath & social care leadership and management
- 4 years’ experience working in residential childcare
- 2 years’ experience working as a Deputy Manager in residential childcare
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for developing and nurturing children and young people
- Providing a safe, nurturing and environment for young people aged 11 - 17 years with social and emotional needs, enabling them to fulfill their potential.
- Recruiting and leading a team of RCWs to develop and support the service.
- Liaising with local authorities and securing referrals through promoting the service.
