- Registered manager required for a fantastic new Home care service providing live-in care, based in Salisbury. The service provides homecare, nursing care and specialised support. This is an exciting opportunity to join this new venture.

- Be the Registered Manager for Domiciliary Care Services, ensuring adherence with CQC minimum standards at all times, and striving for excellence.
- Registered manager award or level 5 in leadership and management
- Experience of leading a service to full compliance; experience of CQC Inspection processes and understanding of the Key lines of enquiry (KLOE)
- Financial understanding in relation to rates of pay, fees etc
- Ability to work Full-time and on-call
- Full driving licence
- Understanding of local authority procedures
- Ability to network
- Passionate about providing high quality homecare
To deliver a CQC registered domiciliary care services to vulnerable adults and older people using a person-centred approach that maximises independence and reduces the need for more institutional types of care. To offer a responsive and efficient service to all customers with a strong focus on outstanding customer care.
