- Registered Manager role for a children and young peoples home in Sandwell, West Midlands
What they can offer for the Registered Manager role in Sandwell, West Midlands- Up to £42k per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
- Opportunity for growth in the role
- Management level experience within a childrens home
- Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or equivalent (level 3 CYPW, Level 3 Health and social care - working with children and young people)
- Achieved or working towards level 5 in Heath & social care leadership and management
- Enthusiasm and genuine passion for developing and nurturing children and young people
· Providing a safe, nurturing and environment for young people aged 11 - 17 years with social and emotional needs, enabling them to fulfill their potential.
· Recruiting and leading a team of RCWs to develop and support the service.
· Liaising with local authorities and securing referrals through promoting the service.
