- Room Leader role for a fantastic nursery that is part of a small expanding chain
This Room Leader role in Crystal palace will be based in either the baby room, the focus is on supporting current staff team, ensuring all paperwork is completed, ensuring high standards of childcare and health and safety are adhered to at all times.

- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Experience as a Room Leader
- have worked in the baby room
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid knowledge is important.
- Keyworker duties
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Effectively supporting team members
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Lead by example.
