- Registered Manager required for a childrens home in the Bournemouth area of Dorset.
The Registered Manager role in Bournemouth is a full-time, permanent position and is based in a two bedded home supporting young people aged 10- 17 years with emotional and behavioural needs.

- Minimum level 3 QCF qualification in residential childcare or equivalent
- Essential car driver
- Previous experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting within the last 5 years and at least 1 year in a management role
- To be ‘fit’ to manage the home in accordance with current Children’s Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards for Children’s
- To manage a Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
- To be part of an On-Call system
