- We have fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Edenbridge, Kent.
This is a permanent full-time position based on 40 hours per week, 07.30 - 18.30 over 4 days.
Our client's nursery in Edenbridge offers childcare spaces for children from 3 months to 4 years. The nursery has an abundance of exciting features as well as excellent staff benefits!
*Candidate must be able to drive due to location*
Offering a competitive salary of:
£8.36 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Salary reviews every April and after 6 months’ probation period.
Salary increase incentive on a paygrade scale depending on performance and absence.
Responsibilities of the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Edenbridge, Kent.- Observations, planning and maintenance of your learning journeys in accordance to the EYFS.
- Report to your room leader and work effectively with your team.
- Attend staff meetings and training courses as required.
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents.
- Displaying a real passion for childcare and the setting.
- Comply with nurseries policies and procedures and be willing to learn, develop and implement change where necessary.
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare.
- Experience in working in early years.
- Solid understanding of all procedures and policies within a nursery.
- Strong communication skills.
- A passion for delivering the best childcare provision.
- EYFS and Safeguarding knowledge essential.
