We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Kentish Town, London this is a great opportunity to work within a fantastic nursery.
The nursery is fresh and homely to ensure each child can experience inspiring educational activities indoors and outdoors in all weather. The role is permanent, full time based on a 40 hour week. Open Monday to Friday 07.30 - 18.30.

£25,000 to £28,0000- depending on qualifications and experience.
The role of Deputy Manager in Kentish Town, London involves the following responsibilities:

To take the role of manager when the nursery manager is absent.
Promoting best practice in the nursery.
Displaying a real passion for childcare.
Effectively lead and manage a team.
Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
Lead by example.

Requirements for the role of Deputy Manager in Kentish Town:

Minimum Level 3 in childcare.
Have experience in a 'good' or 'outstanding' setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and the nurseries policies and procedures.
Good communication skills with management, team, children and parents.
Ability to use own initiative.
A passion for delivering the best childcare provision.
