- We have fantastic opportunities for a Nursery Nurse and a room leader in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
This is a permanent full time position based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday opening hours 07.30-18.00
Offering a competitive salary of:
Nursery Nurse £17,500 and £19,000 depending on experience.
Room leader: £20,000 and £22,000 depending on experience.
The nursery in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire offers children the learning experience whilst having fun, access to a large garden, spacious rooms and great resources and facilities.
Responsibilities of the Nursery Nurse and room leader in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire:- Observations, planning and maintaining learning journeys in accordance to the EYFS.
- Working in Baby, Toddler or Pre-School rooms
- Activities, sensory play, looking after key children
- Promoting best practice in the nursery
- Displaying a real passion for childcare
- Room leader only - managing the room, ensuring all planning and observations are complete, ensuring ratios are adhered to and dealing with parental enquiries
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
- Minimum 1 years Childcare experience
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a Nursery.
- Strong communication skills with children
- A passion for delivering the best Childcare Provision
- EYFS knowledge essential.
- Room leader only - some experience of stepping up to senior, leadership skills,
