- We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager in the Ipswich area of Suffolk. This is a permanent position - 40 hours a week.
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
The nursery is part of a small chain of nurseries that have the highest reputation for great childcare, competitive salaries, training and career development.
This is a brand new setting, 55 place and you will be expected to help pick your team!
In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Manager in Ipswich you will need:- Previous Nursery Manager experience, excellent EYFS, Safeguarding and FBV knowledge
- Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting, preparing for Ofsted experience
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- A full and relevant child care qualification (level 3 or above)
- Office and room duties
- Training and leadership
- Staff rotas, interviewing, appraisals
- Marketing and show-arounds
