- We are recruiting for a Preschool Room Leader in the Bexley area.
This is a permanent position - 40 hours a week, rotational shits 07.30 to 16.30 or 09.30 to 18.30.
Salary Expectations:
£9.50 to £10.50 an hour depending on experience plus 20 days holiday.
The nursery is part of a two Nurseries that have the highest reputation for great childcare very competitive salaries, training and career development.
The setting can accommodate 50 children, is split between three rooms and a lovely garden and has parking if needed.
In order to be considered for the role of Preschool Room Leader in Bexley you will need:- Previous experience of working in early years.
- Previous experience of leading/managing a team.
- Experience of working in an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children.
- A full and relevant childcare qualification (level 3 or above).
- Good EYFS, Safeguarding, Health and Safety knowledge.
- Effective delivery of all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, OFSTED and Welfare Requirements and Statutory Frameworks.
- Ensuring the safety, well being and development of all children.
- Adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.
- Managing a small team of staff.
- Take responsibility of the daily routine of the room.
