- We are looking to recruit a Deputy Nursery Manager for a lovely setting in Exeter.
40 hours a week, permanent full time, with 24 days holiday + bank holidays.
The salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
Great setting - it can accomodate up to 100 children and has excellent facilities - the garden is huge with a tree house, wigwam, digging area and even a race track - inside there are spacious playrooms, a lovely sensory room, and all the facilities are modern safe and well presented.
To be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager in Exeter you will need:- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or higher
- Experience of being a Deputy Nursery Manager before
- Ideally gone through Ofsted
- Good people management skills, including appraisals, rota management
- The ability to lead, coach and inspire and develop skills
