- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting on behalf of our client - a beautiful private day nursery based in the city of Aberdeen.
The setting has 5's across the board from Care Inspectorate and has places for roughly 70 children.
The nursery are looking for a Senior Practitioner to manage a small team of staff within the 0-2's room of the nursery. In order to be considered for the role you will need to have experience as a Senior Nursery Nurse/Room Leader.
The role is available on a full time/permanent basis - 40 hours a week across Monday to Friday. Please note we are unable to consider candidates looking to work 4 days or less.
We are looking for someone who has a good knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-Birth to 3 who are skilled at completing children's developmental records and provide quality learning experiences for the children.
The successful candidate will lead and motivate their team while supporting the Nursery Manager with self evaluation and continued improvements to the nursery.
The nursery provides quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a relaxed, caring environment by qualified, experienced nursery staff.
The setting is a mile away from the train station - if you live outside of Aberdeen but have access to a train station you can walk to the nursery in roughly 20 minutes.
