We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a quality early years setting in the Dorchester area
The role is a permanent full time (40hrs a week) position working Monday to Friday.
What you can expect for the Nursery Manager role in Dorchester:- £35k - £45per annum (to be reviewed in 2026)

- Minimum 5 years in early years and 3 years in Deputy or management role
- Experience of being involved in an Ofsted inspection
- Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.
- Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS
- To ensure that you provide the children with a wide variety of learning experiences and a safe, secure and caring environment in which they can grow and develop.
- Day to day management of nursery setting.
