Nursery Nurse, Senior  and room Leader required for a fantastic successful nursery in Dorchester, Dorset
What they can offer for the Nursery Practitioner and Baby Room Leader roles in Dorchester, Dorset
  • Nursery Practitioner £24 960 - £26 000 per annum
  • Senior Practitioner £26 000 - £28 000 per annum
  • Baby Room Leader £27560 - £28560 per annum

What you need for the Nursery Practitioner, Senior and Room Leader role in Dorchester, Dorset
  • Minimum Level 2 or 3 in Childcare. (level 3 minimum for the Senior and Room Leader)
  • keyworking experience
  • Ability to complete relevant paperwork
  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid
  • Senior Nursery Nurse experience for the room Leader
  • Leadership skills for the Senior and Room Leader
Responsibilities of the Nursery Practitioner, Senior and Room Leader Practitioner in Dorchester, Dorset
  • Keyworker duties
  • Promoting best practice in the nursery.
  • Displaying a real passion for childcare.
  • Effectively supporting team members
  • Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
  • supporting the Room leader in Managing a small team for the Senior
  • Managing the room in terms of ratios, paperwork and staff for the Room Leader
  • Ensuring Health and safety of the children and staff for the Senior and Room Leader
