- Bamboo Childcare are recruiting for a Nursery Manager in Weston-Super-Mare for a well established nursery that is part of a successful chain. the nursery has a great reputation and has a supportive senior management team.

- Manager, or significant Deputy experience from a high performing early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
- A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships of children and their families according to the curriculum
