Description
We are looking to recruit a Room Leader for a Ofsted Good setting in Hammersmith.

Perm full time this 40 hour per week role is offering a competitive salary of up top £22,000 for the right candidate.

The setting is part of a small chain of Nurseries and is well presented, clean and warm, with space for up to 70 children. Child welfare and high standards are really important so all staff are fully trained and earn not just good money but extra skills they can carry with them.

The nursery has been recently refurbished and the garden completely redesigned too. It is located on the ground floor in a purpose-built building so carers don't have to carry babies up and down flights of stairs.

Carers look to help children achieve their potential, preparing them well for the challenges of full-time education, while taking pride in the feedback and understanding that is offered to parents.

Kids take part in a range of activities such as climbing, water play, cycling and playing in sand pits.

To be considered for the role of Room Leader you will need a minimum of 2 years experience working in private day care and a minimum of a Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. Strong EYFS knowledge is essential as is experience of being either a Room Leader or a Deputy Room Leader.
