We are recruiting a Third in Charge Senior Early Years Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames.
The setting has a beautiful outdoor area and a great reputation for quality childcare

The salary is excellent and ranges between £28000 and £30000

Requirements of the Third in Charge Senior Early Years Practitioner role in Henley-on-Thames are:
  • To be passionate and enthusiastic about providing high-quality childcare
  • To be able to manage a small team
  • min 3 years experience in a nursery with some senior experience
  • Minimum level 3 in childcare with work experience or relevant degree
  • Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
  • High level administration skills
  • To complete observations
  • Excellent communication skills with children parents and outside authorities
