- Seeking an experienced Level Room Leader to worki as a Room Leader and Third in charge, offering a competitive salary and welcome bonus of up to £1,500 once probation is passed , Level 3 or above in Childcare and recent UK Nursery experience essential, this is a full-time role, 40 hours a week , near Henley station.
Duties- Manage the room
- office and administration duties
- Stepping up in the abscence of Deputy maager
- dealing with parents and outside agencies quieries
- Provide high-quality care and education to children
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Lead and supervise nursery staff
- Implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development
