- We are recruiting for a Room Leader who will also act as Third in Charge to work at lovely small setting surrounded by nature in Stanmore, Harrow.
The role is a permanent full time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday.

- Excellent understanding of the EYFS, FBV and Safeguarding
- Experience of managing a small team of nursery nurses.
- Providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for children in early years
- Leading a small team of Practitioners in a n open plan setting with access to outdoor learning and play
- Leading on planning
- Deputising when required and covering for the deputy when they are on holiday. Key holder etc. manage the parent class and other additional duties.
