- Description
- We are currently recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner and Baby Room Leader for two nurseries near Stretford and Chorlton , Manchester.
This role is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday to Friday on a rota basis.
What they can offer for the Nursery Practitioner role near Stretford:- Up to £11.50 per hour dependent on experience for Nursery Practitioner

- Level 3 in Childcare for room leader
- Sound knowledge of EYFS
- Organisational skills

- Experience of working with children
- Punctuality, patience, reliability and trustworthiness.
- Room Leaders need extensive experience as Practitioners or senior level experience
- Room leaders need to be able to demonstrate some leadership skills
- Room leader must have worked with babies
- Displaying a real passion for childcare.
- Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
- Observe and plan for your key children using the EYFS.
- Ensure the needs of the children are met, giving physical, emotional and intellectual guidance as appropriate.
- Lunch/snacks duty
- Promoting best practice in the nursery.
- Room Leader will be Effectively supporting team members
- Room Leader duties will include health and safety, risk assessments and ensuring ratios in the room
