- We are recruiting for a permanent full time Nursery Manager based in Macclesfield, Cheshire
The setting is a small provision with lovely resources both inside and outside.
We are looking for a individuals with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality care and learning experiences.
What you can expect from the role:- Full time hours would be 40 hours can be over 4 or 5 days
- Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £27000 - £31000

- Either 3 years as a deputy manager or Over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager
- Minimum of 5 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
- To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification

- Ability to implement and manage change
- Creating an educational, fun and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
- Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
- Managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the nursery
- Ensure that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling
- Working to increase occupancy and managing budgets to maximise the sustainability of the nursery
