- We are recruiting an Accounts Manager on behalf of our client who are a reputable accountancy organisation based in the Bury area.
The role is a permanent full-time position (40hrs) working Monday to Friday.
What you can expect for the Accounts Manager role in the Bury area:- Circa £46k per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

- Be at grade 6 level with relevant competencies
- You will be ACCA / ACA Qualified or QBE (Qualified By Experience) and proficient in the use of Sage, Cloud based Accountancy packages as well as Microsoft Excel.
- Hands on experience of running a portfolio within this environment and training team members.
- Good communication skills
- Well organised and good attention to detail
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Managing team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Ensuring the scheduler and the billing stays on track across the practice.
- Onboarding new clients
- Quality control
- Practice assurance
- Acting as Training manager for all of the trainees. (Everyone is responsible for training but you would be main point of contact and would attend meetings with the colleges re progress etc and be the overall point of contact for progression
